COACHING & CONSULTING
Most leadership problems aren’t at the strategic level.
They’re at the execution level.
Even with the right product-market fit, positioning, and resources, organizations can still stall due to:
- A leadership team that lacks alignment
- An organizational design that hinders growth
- Turnover among high-performers
- A culture that talks about people as an asset but doesn't invest in them
I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies, venture-stage, and private equity portfolio companies. The best leaders understand organizations that excel aren’t the ones with the best strategy.
They’re the ones that get the most out of their greatest asset: People.
That’s why, as a consultant and coach to Fortune 500 companies, founders, and executive teams, I use two proven frameworks: one for individuals and one for organizations.
Greatness Code, my national best-selling book, provides the individual perspective. Drawing on decades of experience and thousands of data points from leaders I’ve coached, placed, and advised, it identifies five key qualities: Persistence, Stamina, Courage, Resilience, and Passion, combined with Social Capital, that distinguish leaders who achieve their full potential. I use this same approach in executive coaching to help leaders develop the critical capabilities that go beyond technical skills.
Return on Potential (RoP) takes a broader view, focusing on the organization as a whole. It encourages leaders to view talent not as a cost to manage, but as the strategic asset that drives outcomes such as innovation, customer relationships, retention, and competitive advantage. It seeks to measure the return from combining people with artificial intelligence to drive productivity.
Together, these frameworks underlie a fundamental belief: organizations achieve a strong Return on Potential only when individuals are empowered to reach their own Greatness and the AI investment is well managed.
If you're a CEO, founder, or executive ready to get more from your organization's most important asset, let's talk about how we can work together.
